COP27 at Sharm-el Sheik, Egypt, 2022

Erika Styger traveled to the COP27 at Sharm-el Sheik, Egypt, with a sponsored badge from Sahara and Sahel Observatory in Tunis, Tunisia and part of the Cornell University Delegation from November 7-16, 2022.


Erika participated in four panel discussions presenting about the potential of the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) for improving global food security, adapting to climate change and contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, particularly methane, from rice production.
